I’ve delivered training on behalf of major providers, and I’ve seen how thin some “cookie-cutter” content can be. I’ve literally been handed a deck the night before, full of generic slides clearly written by someone who’s never worked in the field — and told to “make it engaging.”

So I rewrote it. Every time.
That’s how NBS started: to raise the bar.
